Updated the captions

My apologies to the fine ladies who complained about calling them "random" on my last post. I updated the entry this time WITH captions of your names =)

Anyway, still trying to get more pics from my dad...100MB of pics.

Final days at Pittsburgh

Weird. I'm leaving Pittsburgh in a matter of days, yet I don't feel any pain or misery. People ask me if I will miss this place. No. Not Pittsburgh. Not Carnegie Mellon. But I will miss the friends. I will miss the good and bad times we shared. Damn, I already miss them.

As I am packing my stuff and getting ready to get out of here, I realized how much crap I have accumulated over the five years. They almost sybolize my memories of Pittsburgh, the bits and pieces that made up an important chapter of my life. Every thing I put in the box, I put the piece of that memory away with it. I am inevitably packing my Pittsburgh memories into those small brown boxes, which one day I may show to my children or grandchrildren. I can't help but wonder, when will I open them again? What will I find in those boxes after one year? Two?

Thank you all who made my life here so colorful.

New look on my blog. It represents a new beginning, and inception of new life, and a beautiful conclusion to my college career.

10 ways to go broke

1) Buying unnecessary items of clothing, eyewear, shoes, accessories...
2) Buying a $31 gran new car.
3) Buying random cosmetic/performance/audio upgrades for my new car.
4) Illegal parking and speeding in my new car.
6) Did I mention my car runs at 11 MPG and the gas price is at a 40 year high?
5) Taking vacations every month like having won a lottery (Italy, Paris, Toronto, Ann Arbor, Orlando, Vegas...)
6) Watching lame chick-flick movies.
7) Going to bars, clubs, and lounges with girls.
8) Taking responsibility of the bill at lounges when everyone else is too drunk to pay.
9) Expanding credit cards limits.
10) Stock market crash.

Orlando is MAD HOT and HUMID. It feels like home. In fact, I'm sweating right now. I'm at my uncle's place...first time having internet access since I got here last Thursday. It is 1AM and I can't go to sleep, most probably because I've been sleeping past 3AM these few days. So here I am, putting my uncle's internet resource in good use.

It's damn nice to be out of Pittsburgh, though I wish some of the people from Pittsburgh could be here with me. It was good seeing my buddies here, most of them at Harris HQ in Melbourne. We spent the weekend partying till dawn, trying to ogle asian chicks only to find that there are none here (tho a lot of HOT hispanics), shopping like crazy (2 malls and one outlet in two days), enjoying the sun and the beaches (the waves here are GIGANTIC), attempting to body board on the gigantic waves and trying not to drown myself, yelling and laughing at Harvey for being the worst driver I've seen, eating at a ghetto diner (called Waffles or something?) at 5AM, being the ONLY Asian in Melbourne (in fact, the only people below age of 30), blah blah...

The bottom line is, I'm having hella fun and I'm FAT and BLACK now. Summer hasn't even begun. FACK!
